The New York Islanders are down to a single group after the team trimmed its roster to 31 players on Saturday afternoon. That number was even lower by noon on Sunday, as four players: Christopher Gibson, Kristers Gudlevskis, Seth Helgeson and Connor Jones all cleared waivers and were assigned to Bridgeport.
With Shane Prince and Alan Quine both out in injury, that left 15 forwards, eight defensemen and two goalies on the ice at Northwell Health Ice Center on Sunday.

RYAN PULOCK BREAKS THE GLASS... AGAIN

Seriously, again Ryan?
Another year, another broken pane of glass thanks to a Ryan Pulock slap shot. It's becoming a training camp tradition, as Pulock stays after practice to work on his shot. Great to see that Pulock's blast hasn't lost any velocity, but don't bust out the nice china when this guy is around.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY:

Josh Ho-Sang had a chance to show off his hands in today's shootout.
