August 16, 2020 -Mathew Barzal scores his first-career OT winner in the Stanely Cup Playoffs as the Islanders beat the Washington Capitals 2-1 in Game 3 of their best-of-seven First Round series at Scotiabank Arena.
Barzal lifted the Islanders to victory 4:28 into overtime. Anders Lee scored in regulation and Semyon Varlamov made 22 saves on 23 shots in the win.
