Championship Parade Info

The trophy is coming back to Raleigh, and it's time to celebrate!

The Carolina Hurricanes 2026 Championship Celebration presented by Spectrum will feature a parade and rally on Saturday, June 20, at 11:00 a.m. in Downtown Raleigh.

Parade Route

Saturday's parade will begin at the intersection of Hillsborough and St. Mary's St. and weave through downtown before ending at Davie St. The full map can be viewed below.

Following the conclusion of the parade, there will be a rally held at City Plaza, where fans can gather to hear from players, coaches, and special guests. Screens and audio will be placed along Fayetteville St., so those who do not have a spot in City Plaza will be able to watch and hear speeches during the rally.

Parking & Transportation

Parking: State parking decks will be free to the public on Saturday, which can be viewed here. There will be five other decks offering free parking for the celebration:

  • Cabarrus St. | 436 S. Salisbury St.
  • Moore Square Deck | 233 S. Wilmington St.
  • City Center Deck | 429 S. Wilmington St.
  • City Hall Parking Deck | 201 W. Morgan St.
  • Wilmington St. Station Deck | 117 S. Wilmington St.

Additionally, the Performing Arts Center and Convention Center Decks will cost a flat $10.

Public Transit: To ease congestion, fans are also encouraged to utilize GoRaleigh for transit. The fare is $2.50 for a Day Pass, and riders can pay by cash on the bus or by downloading the UMO app to set up an account and pay via the app.

Street Closures: There will be street closures along the entire route of the parade, similar to those closed for the annual Christmas parade. Closures will begin early Saturday morning between 3:30 am and 5:30 am and continue through Saturday afternoon and likely early evening for Fayetteville St. and the adjacent streets within the typical event footprint, such as Hargett, Martin, and Davie.
