We're excited to announce a new and improved process for warm-up puck sales during all weekend home games during the 2025-26 regular season! Weekend home games include all Friday, Saturday, and Sunday games.

How It Works:

• When doors open, a limited quantity of numbered wristbands will be available for $45 at the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation kiosk.
• The Carolina Hurricanes Foundation kiosk is now located outside of the West Priority Lounge (behind sections 103-105) next to the NC Lottery machine.
• Once you get your wristband, you can enjoy concessions and pre-game activities!
• All pucks will be used during pregame warm-ups.
• After warm-ups are over, the pucks will be collected and brought to the kiosk.
• Those with a wristband will return to the kiosk at the start of the 1st intermission to purchase your puck!

Things To Note:

• Puck availability varies each game and is determined based on how many pucks are collected after pregame warm-ups.
• Getting a wristband does not guarantee you a puck, but it does hold your place in line for the chance to purchase one.
• The number on your wristband is your place in line, and you will not receive a puck if your number is greater than the number of available pucks.
• Wristbands and pucks are strictly one per customer, and your wristband must be on your wrist to purchase a puck. Wristbands will be removed once your puck is purchased.
• If you qualify for a puck, it must be purchased during the 1st intermission, as remaining pucks will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis once the 2nd period begins.
