The Hurricanes Heroes ticket program gives Carolina Hurricanes Season Ticket Members the opportunity to donate upcoming unused game tickets to local non-profit organizations. The organizations that receive tickets focus on the health, education or underserved population development of children and adults in our community.

Online: Season Ticket Members can donate tickets through Caniac Account Manager. Please note that the option to donate online will become unavailable four (4) days prior to the game.

In Person: Bring your unused game tickets to the Kids 'N Community Foundation kiosk (adjacent to Section 129) at any Hurricanes home game or drop your tickets off at PNC Arena during regular business hours. Please leave tickets for the Community Relations department with the following information:
Exchange Game rules apply. Ticket donations for future games are considered tax-deductible, and donors will receive a tax receipt with every eligible donation made to the Hurricanes Heroes ticket program. Tickets obtained through the Ticket Exchange Program or the Ticket Voucher Program are gladly accepted; however, these donations are not eligible for tax receipts.
