VEGAS (January 8, 2019) - Vegas Golden Knights President Kerry Bubolzannounced today, January 8, additional details on chefs and entertainment at the 2019 Knight To Remember event which benefits the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation and is presented by Zappos.com. The event is set to take place at 6:30 p.m. PT on Thursday, January 17, at World Market Center Pavilions (205 W Symphony Park Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89106
The following chefs will be highlighted and paired with Vegas Golden Knights players to prepare food for guests to sample: Susan Feniger and Mike Minor(Border Grill), Carlos Buscaglia (HEXX kitchen+bar), Geno Bernardo(The Summit Club), Haruhiko Takeshita (Sushi Roku), Jamaal Taherzadeh (Libertine Social), Johnny Church (Golden Entertainment), Josh Crain (Bouchon), Justin Kingsley Hall (The Kitchen at Atomic), Mark Andelbradt (Spago), Romain Cornu (Spago), Shane McAnelly(Chalkboard and The Brass Rabbit) and Stephen Hopcraft (STK). Passed hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Robert Irvine's Public House, and Hakkasan will create unique Fortune Macarons for guests.
Cocktails will be curated by master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim including a specialty drink featuring Jack Daniel's Rye Whiskey. Foley Family Wines will curate a wine tasting from several different wine regions.

Two-time Grammy-nominated producer/DJ Steve Aoki will headline a special performance during the event. Blue Man Group will create a live art piece to be auctioned off in support of the VGK Foundation, and there will be a performance from KÀ by Cirque du Soleil.
The night will include silent and live auctions featuring Vegas Golden Knights hockey experiences, travel packages and other various unique activities and items such as a trip to wine country and a dinner at Vegas Golden Knights CEO and Chairman Bill Foley's house.
