Winners of five of their last six games, the Vegas Golden Knights return to T-Mobile Arena to complete their season series with the Washington Capitals at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
NOTES
This is the final game that the Golden Knights will play against the Capitals during the 2018-19 regular season.
The Golden Knights dropped their last meeting to the Capitals on Oct. 10, 5-2, in Washington. Vegas has a 2-1-0 regular season record against Washington all-time.
LAST TIME OUT
The Golden Knights rode a five-game win streak into Edmonton as they looked to make it six in a row against the Oilers. Though William Karlsson extended his goal-scoring streak to four games, goals from Connor McDavid and Ryan Spooner lifted the Oilers to a 2-1 win to cool off the red-hot Golden Knights.

A VEGAS VICTORY WOULD...
Be the 66th win in franchise history
Give Vegas an even 1-1-0 record against the Capitals this season
Mark the Golden Knights third three-game home winning streak of the year
STREAKS
Karlsson's riding a four-game goal scoring streak. The first three goals of that stretch were game-winning goals.
KEYS TO THE GAME
Focus On The Task At Hand: It's hard to ignore the fact that the last time the Washington Capitals played in Vegas, they left with the Stanley Cup. The storyline of a rematch was central in their game on Oct. 10 but now it's time for the Golden Knights to ignore the past and focus on the present.
Full 60 Minutes: Saturday night in Edmonton, Vegas had 14 shots in the first period and 12 in the third. Though they scored their only goal of the game in the second frame, the Golden Knights only mustered six shots in the middle 20 minutes. They'll need to make sure they're pressing for all 60 minutes.
