VEGAS (March 3, 2025) – The Foley Entertainment Group announced today, March 3, the donation of 1,000 customized uniforms to the Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas LIFE featuring the logos of the Premier League’s AFC Bournemouth and the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights. The uniforms will go to Las Vegas youth playing in the City of Las Vegas’ newly renamed Vegas Bourne Youth Soccer League – a nod to the owner of both franchises, Bill Foley.
“This initiative is an exciting way to continue building the connection between Bournemouth and Las Vegas,” said Jim Frevola, President of Business Operations at AFC Bournemouth. “Supporting youth sports has been a key initiative across Bill Foley’s sports portfolio, and I know he will be proud to see these kids in Vegas playing in the Cherries’ colors.”
The uniforms include a reversible jersey in black and red, plus shorts and socks. They will be officially revealed on the first day of this spring’s season at a media event hosted by the Mayor’s Fund and the City of Las Vegas this Saturday, March 8. Special guests will include the AFC Bournemouth mascot Cherry Bear, the Vegas Vivas, Las Vegas City Councilman Brian Knudsen, among others.
Additional AFC Bournemouth outreach in Las Vegas has included a summer youth soccer camp – which returns for its second year in June – and watch parties hosted at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub at City National Arena.
