Glen Gulutzan on today's full skate at the Xcel Energy Center:
"We just tried to get them loosened up. I tried to go as quick as we could, did our same little routine but shortened it up. And obviously a little powerplay to get our guys feeling the puck. That's an area that we want to keep working with here, with some of the injuries we've had."
Gulutzan on the powerplay:
"You need to build some chemistry, one, and then you need to do the same things: you need to get the puck to the middle of the ice, you need to shoot from the top, you need to shoot from the flanks and then have guys in retrieval positions. It's pretty simple but you can put together whatever you want but you need to execute, you need to feel confident. But it's pretty simple - our powerplay is pretty simple in nature."

Gulutzan on the challenges in facing the Minnesota Wild:
"We had a big talk this morning about them. It's pretty simple - they're stingy. I think since I've been in the league, (for) seven years, they're one of the stingiest teams in the league. They don't give you much and you have to embrace that type of game here. They've got real good players up and down their lineup, their backend has always been a staple for them, goaltending and then now some of their skill up front ... but still a stingy game. So you've got to embrace that and be good defensively yourself or you'll be in trouble in this building."
Travis Hamonic on tonight's match-up:
"I think historically, this is a harder building to play in the way that they play their game. Good goalie in net, a good defence and a lot of veteran guys up front that can play and there's some guys that have come into the lineup that have brought a lot of energy. But we've been playing pretty good, on our side of the puck as of late, so I'm excited."
Hamonic on the defence building confidence as of late:
"I think we're certainly playing with a lot of confidence out there, on both sides of the puck. You can always play better, in saying that, but I feel like as a group - not just as the defensive corps but as a group, collectively as a team - we've all kind of taken those steps forward and really buying into the system, in the way the coaches want us to play."
Hamonic on team depth:
"At the start of the year, we were certainly really confident in our group and we're even more confident as a group now. We feel that we can certainly compete and play with anybody. We really like the make-up of our team."
Wild captain Mikko Koivu on the Johnny Gaudreau, Sean Monahan, Micheal Ferland line:
"I think they've always been good. Their numbers show that ... it's not their first year (together) either. I think they've made a name for themselves in this league and every time you face a line like that, you've got to be ready as a unit."
"Against players like that, you want be - you need to be - discplined and trying to keep to puck as much as you can away from those guys."
Wild forward Charlie Coyle on the first game at home after a long road trip:
"It's huge. After a long road trip, it's nice to come back home. Sometimes, it's hard to get that jump after a long road trip - you kind of try to wind down - but we're right back it. We've got to make sure we get to our game as soon as possible here tonight."
