LAS VEGAS, NV -Jack Hughes will be participating in arguably the most fun event at the NHL Skills Competition, the Breakaway Challenge. In it, he'll be going up against childhood friend Trevor Zegras, who is in Las Vegas solely for the Skills Competition and won't be participating in tomorrow's game.
For Jack, it's a chance to connect with a great friend first and foremost.
"Z's one of my close buddies, so it's a lot of fun to be here with him and enjoying this time," said Hughes. "I haven't seen him in a while, so to be hanging with him here it's pretty fun."
