Bruins Pledge Minimum $100,000 Donation To Support A.J. Quetta

BOSTON -The Boston Bruins announced today, Thursday, January 28, that the Jacobs Family, the Boston Bruins and the Boston Bruins Foundation have pledged a minimum donation of $100,000 to support Bishop Feehan High School hockey player A.J. Quetta. Quetta suffered a spinal cord injury during a game against Pope Francis School in Springfield on Tuesday, January 26.

"Despite these tragic circumstances, it makes my family and the Boston Bruins organization very proud to see such an outpouring of support from the New England hockey community," said Boston Bruins CEO Charlie Jacobs. "A.J. and his family should know that they are not alone in the journey, and that we will be with him the whole way."
Previously used game sticks from select Bruins and Penguins players will be available for auction at

All proceeds from the auction will benefit A.J. Quetta and his family.
Additionally, all proceeds from the Boston Bruins Foundation 50/50 raffles from February 1 - February 6 will benefit A.J.
