How do I qualify for the referral reward incentive?

To constitute a valid referral, Sharks365 memberships purchased under the Program by a Referred Member must be purchased at any time between February 18th to November 1, 2025, and purchased as a result of the referring Member submitting the referral via the form on Sharks365 Reward Rewards Program - Formstack. Additionally, to be eligible to receive the Incentive, the Referred Member must be a bona fide new Sharks 365 member, as determined by the Sharks in its sole discretion. The official tracking shall be conducted through the Sharks365 Reward Rewards Program - Formstack.

Do seats that have been renewed but transferred to a new account qualify for the referral reward?

No, to qualify for the referral reward new seats much be purchased under a new account.

Do I qualify for the referral reward if a referral I have provided does not purchase a Sharks365 Membership?

No, the referral provided must purchase a minimum of two (2) seat full season Sharks365 Membership.

As a returning Sharks365 Member, if I didn’t renew the same number of seats on account from the 2024-25 season for the 2025-26 season, am I eligible to participate?

No, returning Sharks365 Members must renew all their seats from the 2024-25 season to be eligible for the Referral Rewards Program

Do referrals provided from past seasons count toward the referral reward?

No, only referrals provided and purchased for the 2025-26 season will be counted.

Do I have to be a current Sharks365 Full Season Member to receive a referral reward?

Yes, you must be a current Sharks365 Member with a completed membership agreement.
