"After undergoing tests this week it was determined that goaltender Andrew Hammond has suffered a torn labrum in his right hip. He is expected to undergo surgery in the near future to correct the injury.
This surgery will keep Andrew out for the remainder of the season and our doctors are estimating that his rehabilitation will allow him to begin skating in approximately 12 weeks."
