Hurricanes show off ultra-flashy Stanley Cup championship rings

It may only be fall, but it was ridiculously icy in Carolina on Sunday.

The Carolina Hurricanes received their 2026 Stanley Cup championship rings during a private team event following the conclusion of their preseason schedule.

The impressive rings, designed by luxury jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills feature over 900 individual stones and boast 9.80 carats of diamonds and 1.4 carats of red rubies.

Each ring has holds a puck pendant inside it and features a likeness of the team's mascot, Stormy underneath. The North Carolina state flag is on the underside of the removable ring top, circled by each player's jersey number in a nod to their "Storm Surge" victory celebration.

Individual touches such as player's last names, signatures and jersey numbers are also featured on one side of the rings while the other has the team's alternate storm flag logo and the words "Stress Game" engraved on it, a tribute to the team's relentless and aggressive style.

The underside of the ring features the record during each round of the Hurricanes 16-3 run to the title.
