Sure NHL games are competitive. But when it comes to Mario Kart, Seattle Kraken forward Morgan Geekie isn't playing around.

Geekie shared a post on social media on Monday asking fans for Mario Kart-related questions. And while fans asked everything from which character he liked best to what settings he uses, the discourse quickly devolved into an open forum to challenge Geekie and his teammates.
We learned plenty about Geekie's playing style - he's

,

(who isn't!) and pro-Mr. Scooty - and his

and

.
Well, most of his teammates.
According to Geekie, Ryan Donato is the

and Will Borgen is the

. And while he replied Adam Larsson was the

, Geekie did confess he accidentaly broke an airplane window shade out of frustration with the game.

Geekie proclaims to be the Kraken's best Kart player and scoffed at anyone who questioned if he was even up to unlocking the 200cc speed version of the game.

He mentioned teammate Matty Beniers as the only player who was close to him. Beniers was seemingly content to let his Kart play do the talking, did nothing but tag teammate Carson Soucy in the replies.

In addition to fielding challenges from random fans, ESPN hockey broadcaster and known gamer Arda Ocal and seemingly the entire Seattle Seawolves Rugby organization threw down the gauntlet.

NASCAR driver Ryan Ellis even got involved, jokingly hoping for some lessons.

All in all, Geekie had a good time with it.

And while it was all in good fun, there was one serious problem with Geekie's thread: Everyone knows you have to go with Donkey Kong on the Biddy Buggy with Rollers and the Cloud Glider.
