Subban Sleigh

Nashville Predators defenseman P.K. Subban brought some holiday cheer to a group of area children battling sickle cell disease.
Arriving at the Vanderbilt Meharry Centre for Sickle Cell Disease on his "Subban Sleigh," Subban surprised the children with a carriage ride around Nashville that ended at Bridgestone Arena.

Subban, along with teammate Roman Josi, then helped the children as they went on a shopping spree at the Predators team store.
"How did you manage to make all these guys make everything free in the store?" one youngster asks Subban.
"That's what Christmas is all about," Subban replies. "It's all about giving, right?"
Subban has made a habit of giving memorable moments to sick children. Last year he helped turn the atrium at Montreal Children's Hospital into a winter wonderland.
This year he had some of the children who enjoyed that experience help the children in Nashville by writing them letters, sending them pictures and sealing them with a special Subban pin.
The day ended with a concert by country music star Dierks Bentley.
