The Nashville Predators forward received a two-year, $3.4 million contract Aug. 5 after his hearing three days earlier.
Trenin was one of 24 players who filed for arbitration prior to the July 17 deadline. In addition, two players were scheduled for a club-elected hearing.
The Calgary Flames filed for forward Matthew Tkachuk before trading him to the Florida Panthers on July 22, after which he agreed to an eight-year contract. The New Jersey Devils filed for arbitration with forward Miles Wood; he agreed to a one-year, $3.2 million contract Aug. 4, two days before his scheduled hearing.

Jake Walman
signed a one-year, $1.05 million contract with the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday, avoiding an arbitration hearing scheduled for later Thursday. He was the last player with a hearing scheduled.
