Here are the Stanley Cup Playoff clinching scenarios for March 18:

The Tampa Bay Lightning will clinch a playoff berth:
If they defeat the Oilers in regulation or overtime AND either of the following occurs:
* The Flyers lose to the Capitals in any fashion
* The Devils lose to the Ducks in regulation
OR
If they defeat the Oilers in a shootout AND the Flyers lose to the Capitals in regulation
