At 1:27 of the third period in the Devils/Blackhawks game, Chicago requested a Coach's Challenge to review the "Interference on the Goalkeeper" decision that resulted in a "no goal" call, a decision that was reached after the officials huddled to discuss the play.

After reviewing all available replays and consulting with NHL Hockey Operations staff, the Referee determined that Chicago's Richard Panik interfered with New Jersey goaltender Cory Schneider before the puck crossed the goal line.

Therefore the original call stands - no goal Chicago Blackhawks.

Since the Coach's Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the Blackhawks forfeit their time-out.
