The Lightning are headed west once again, as they travel to Denver to face the Avalanche on Monday in the opener of a three-game road trip.

Monday's game will be a chance for the Bolts to avenge the sloppy 6-2 loss they suffered to Colorado at Amalie Arena back in October. Tampa Bay was thoroughly outplayed in that game, allowing a trio of goals in less than three minutes of the second period that blew things wide open.
