LA Kings Announce Opening Night Roster for 2018-19 Season
Brown and Brodzinski placed on IR; three players to debut new jersey numbers at Friday's Home Opener against the San Jose Sharks

The LA Kings have placed forward Dustin Brown and forward Jonny Brodzinski on injured reserve, and designated forward Gabriel Vilardi as injured, non-roster. The team has also released forward Emerson Etem from his PTO.
With these moves, the Kings are now down to 22 players on their active roster.
LA Kings 2018-19 Roster
The Kings open up their season on Friday, October 5 against the San Jose Sharks at STAPLES Center. Opening Night is presented by McDonald's, and all fans in attendance will receive a limited edition collectible art print presented by McDonald's.
Kings fans are encouraged to welcome players to STAPLES Center on Friday as they arrive to the arena to walk the Black Carpet.
The special Black Carpet event will be between the Lot 1 parking garage and the SouthWest VIP Entrance starting at 4 p.m. Fans can enjoy music, games, giveaways and more, including the chance to win tickets to Opening Night!
In addition to the roster moves, three players have changed their numbers.
Forward Michael Amadio has changed his number from 52 to 10. The last player to wear number 10 was Tobias Rieder.
Forward Jaret Anderson-Dolan has changed his number from 50 to 28. The last player to wear number 28 was Jarret Stoll.
Defenseman Paul LaDue has changed his number from 38 to 2. The last player to wear number 2 was Matt Greene.
