Anze Kopitar Ranked No. 14 on NHL Network's Top 50 Players List

The NHL Network's #NHLTopPlayers list is getting down to the wire.
And it's no surprise that LA Kings Captain has made his appearance near the top.

"[Kopitar] was responsible for everything for LA this past year; career high in points, goals, assists, across the board," said NHL Network's Mike Johnson.
With 35 goals and 57 assists for a total of 92 points, Kopitar had the bounce-back season that the Kings needed from him. Plus, it landed him a nomination for the Hart Trophy and his second Selke Trophy.

"Especially when Jeff Carter is hurt more than half the year, he was asked to do even more. And when you put up a career high in goals and points when your team needs you the most, it really is pretty significant on where you rank," explained Johnson.
