ST. LOUIS, MO - The stage is set.
The NHL announced yesterday which players will take part in the six events slated for Friday at the 2020 NHL All-Star Skills competition.

Winnipeg Jets forward Mark Scheifele will get a crack at the Accuracy Shooting event, while goaltender Connor Hellebuyck will participate in the Save Streak competition.
This will be Scheifele's first crack at the Accuracy Shooting event. Last year in San Jose the forward was featured in the puck control relay - an event no longer part of the festivities. Jets captain Blake Wheeler showcased his skills in the Accuracy Shooting event last year, posting time of 18.585 seconds - good for fifth place. Boston's David Pastranak took the crown last season with a time of 11.309.
Friday will be Hellebuyck's second go at the Save Streak challenge after posting a streak of three saves back in Tampa Bay at the 2018 NHL Skills event. Going into Friday night the defending champ is Henrik Ludqqvist of the New York Rangers, however, with the Swede not participating in this year's event a new champ will be crowned.
Jets fans can tune into tonight's event on Sportsnet and CBC beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT. As always, be sure to tune into WinnipegJets.com for behind the scenes content and interviews with Scheifele & Hellebuyck all weekend long.
