Durandeau's run continued with a two-point effort (1G, 1A) in the Halifax Mooseheads' 12-5 victory over the Moncton Wildcats on Friday, a new team record for number of goals scored on home ice. Durandeau notched his first shorthand goal on a breakaway, along with his 25th assist of the season.
The streak continued on Monday with a three-assist night in Halifax's 6-5 win over Rimouski Oceanic. Durandeau's three assists were a game high and the Isles prospect picked up the secondary helper on the game-winning goal.
The Islanders' 2017 sixth-rounder is has scored a career-high 45 points (17G, 28A) in 55 games so far this season. Durandeau is sixth in both team points and goals, and seventh in team assists.
