TOURNAMENT SO FAR
Vegas skated to a 3-2 win against the Arizona Coyotes on Friday afternoon to kick off the weekend. Brendan Brisson scored twice for Vegas while Jordan Gustafson added the other goal. Isaiah Saville stood tall in net for the Golden Knights as the team started the showcase off with smiles all around.
LOS ANGELES SCOUTING REPORT
The Kings have three first-round draft picks skating this weekend in Quinton Byfield (2020, 2nd overall), Alex Turcotte (2019, 5th overall) and Brandt Clarke (2021, 8th overall). Byfield put up 10 points (5G, 5A) in the NHL last season while Turcotte had no points in eight games of NHL action. Defenseman Jordan Spence is the only other player who suited up for the Kings last year as the Sydney, Australia native had eight points 92G, 6A) in 24 games.
