HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
My Pens Rewards is available for free within the Penguins app. Find it in the [More] Menu.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
It’s simple! After you download the app, open My Pens Rewards from the [More] Menu, tap on [Register] and enter the email associated with your Ticketmaster account.

HOW DO I REDEEM? ▼
Once you’re inside the program, click on the [Marketplace] icon, choose the item you wish to redeem, add it to your cart, and follow the instructions.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? ▼
Tap on [See Details] in the Fanzone tab within the program to monitor the expiration date of your points.

Once approved, tickets will be added directly to your My Penguins Account.

Ticket redemptions will be posted in your My Penguins Account 48 hours prior to the game or event.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? ▼
You can check the status of an order at any time by tapping on [Your Orders] in the Marketplace. Most physical items will be available for in-arena pickup.
