The Devils practiced at RWJBarnabas Health Hockey House ahead of tomorrow's game against the Bruins. Following practice, the team flew out to Boston.
Lines for practice today appeared to be the same as Tuesday, though full line drills were not run:
Tatar - Hischier - Bratt
Sharangovich - Hischier - Mercer
Johnsson - Boqvist - Wood
Vesey - McLeod - Bastian
Geertsen - Thompson - Kuokkanen
Siegenthaler - Hamilton
Graves - Severson
Smith/White - Subban
Pavel Zacha did not skate after leaving Tuesday's practice early. Zacha's been out for several weeks due to an upper body injury.
"Doing okay," said Lindy Ruff of Zacha. "Thought he would be a little further along but held him off today."
Ruff also added that Mackenzie Blackwood has been skating in full gear on his own and is getting closer to returning.
"He's doing better. Just going through reps, trying to prepare. Hasn't had any setbacks. Just progressing," Ruff stated. "You want to get him healthy and want to get him playing. The goal for any player, once he's off the injury list is to get him back out playing. Our goal is to get him 100 percent healthy and get him back out there."
