ARLINGTON, Va. - The Washington Capitals have extended their multiplatform partnership with Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and the unrivaled leader in sports radio, and Hubbard Radio (WFED 1500) through the 2020-21 NHL season, Monumental Sports & Entertainment chief marketing officer Hunter Lochmann announced today. As part of the extension, Entercom station 106.7 The Fan (WJFK-FM) in Washington, D.C., will continue to serve as the flagship station for the Capitals, carrying all Capitals games plus pre- and postgame shows on one of the region's strongest radio signals. In addition, all games will continue to be streamed on the RADIO.COM, the fastest-growing digital audio app in the U.S. and thefandc.com.

106.7 The Fan has been the home for Washington Capitals games and will continue to carry every game live with the Capitals' veteran broadcast team of John Walton and Ken Sabourin. Capitals game broadcasts will continue to include 15 minutes of pre-game coverage prior to puck drop and 45 minutes of programming after the game concludes. The post-game show will include player interviews and a live broadcast of Capitals head coach Todd Reirden's post-game press conference. The Capitals pre- and post-game shows will continue to be hosted by Ben Raby.
In addition, 106.7 The Fan will air a weekly Caps show, "Crashing the Net" with Tom Daly on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., and two weekly interviews with Capitals players, featuring defenseman John Carlson (Chad Dukes vs. The World, Wednesdays at 3 p.m.) and forward Brett Connolly (Grant & Danny, Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.) and a bi-weekly interview with head coach Todd Reirden (The Sports Junkies, Wednesdays at 7 a.m.).
