The Capitals do not donate tickets to local nonprofit groups. All information regarding Capitals donations can be found HERE.

Although player compliance is not guaranteed, the best way to try to obtain an autograph is to attend a Caps practice at Medstar Capitals Iceplex located atop the parking garage at Ballston Common Mall at 627 N. Please note that the Washington Capitals do not accept items sent by mail to be autographed and are not responsible for anything sent to our offices or to the players.

The Capitals receive a significant number of requests each year for our players and coaches and they maintain an extremely tight schedule throughout the season with practices and games.
While we recognize the importance of celebrity appearances at charitable and community functions, we only ask our players and coaches to attend team-organized events.
