We've got some notes on the Sens line-up tonight as well as details surrounding this evening's Canadian Armed Forces night before puck drop against the New Jersey Devils at 7:30 p.m.

CAF Night

Tonight marks the Senators 15th annual Canadian Armed Forces night where more than 3,000 members of the CAF and their families are expeted to attend this year's event.
"For me, it's about perspective," said Sens defenceman Mark Borowiecki who has dedicated a lot of his time to the Soldier On program. "We get paid good money to play a game and to smack a piece of rubber around. There are men and women out there who make sacrifices that we can't even imagine or truly appreciate to let us play this game."
"To be able to honour them and show them some appreciation means more than I can probably put into words."
Some activities tonight include the Sens wearing special camouflage jerseys during warm-up which are available via auction with proceeds going to Support Our Troops, a special ceremonial puck drop by General Jonathan H. Vance, chief of the defence staff as well as the anthems being sung by two members of the Canadian Armed Forces and will feature the Canadian Armed Forces flag party.

Up Front

One change at forward tonight as the Sens will roll with the more traditional 12 forwards / 6 defencemen deployment which means that Jack Rodewald will draw into the line-up. Rodewald has appeared in 4 games with the Senators this season after getting off to a strong start in Belleville where he has recorded 7 points (3G, 4A) in 8 games.
Bobby Ryan has seen his offensive production spike recently and has rattled off 3 goals in the Sens' last 5 games. Ryan was excellent in Sunday's game against Tampa Bay and was rewarded with a season-high 20:02 of TOI as a result.
"Bobby is extremely engaged and very dedicated right now," said head coach Guy Boucher. "I think he's been playing terrific the past few games. We've had some injuries and he's had to play with different guys but's I think he's been terrific since we put him in that spot on the power play."
Brady Tkachuk was once again on the ice with his teammates this morning but donned a regular contact jersey for the first time since tearing a ligament in his leg on October 15th. The rookie forward appears to be ahead of schedule and Boucher remains hopeful that he could return to the line-up on Thursday against Vegas.

Here's how the forward lines looked this morning:
Dzingel - Duchene - Stone
Boedker - Tierney - Ryan
Paajarvi - White - Pyatt
McCormick - Paul - Rodewald

On Defence

The Sens will be without the aforementioned Borowiecki again tonight as the rugged defender now deals with an upper body issue. No timeline was given for his return and he'll be re-evaluated tomorrow with an update expected to follow.
Thomas Chabot's hot start continued into November and the 21-year-old defenceman has points in all 3 games to start the month. Chabot leads the Senators in scoring this season with 17 points (3G, 14 A) and trails only Toronto's Morgan Rielly (18) for the league lead in defenceman scoring this year.
And here's how the defence pairings could look tonight:
Chabot - DeMelo
Lajoie - Ceci
Wideman - Jaros

In Goal

Craig Anderson (5-4-3) gets the nod in net again tonight against the Devils. Anderson has started 10 of the team's last 11 games and has appeared in all of them as the Sens look to their veteran netminder to provide some stability in goal as they try to work out of their current skid.

Where to Watch

It's a 7:30 p.m. start time at Canadian Tire Centre tonight and if you don't have tickets already, you can pick yours up right here.
