The Detroit Red Wings Foundation 50/50 Raffle program proudly supports various charitable organizations throughout Michigan. The program provides non-profit organizations with the opportunity to raise funds in conjunction with the Detroit Red Wings Foundation by selling raffle tickets during select Red Wings home games. Since inception, the 50/50 Raffle has raised more than $600,000 for local non-profits and the Detroit Red Wings Foundation.
Autographs for a Cause supports charitable causes close to the hearts of Detroit Red Wings players in partnership with the Detroit Red Wings Foundation. Through this program, fans are invited to send hockey cards and/or photos through the mail for Red Wings players to autograph in exchange for a donation to benefit the player's charity of choice.
Support the Detroit Red Wings Foundation by bidding on unique memorabilia online. Fans can view the auction by providing their name and cell phone number. Once the auction is live, fans will receive a personal bidding link via text message. Nightly items include Red Wings and other Detroit sports-inspired memorabilia, and each game includes a special item of the night, like autographed gloves, skates pucks and more!
Each season, fans receive an opportunity to go head-to-head with current and former Detroit Red Wings players in a game of Texas Hold 'Em at MotorCity Casino Hotel's Annual Red Wings Charity Poker Tournament benefiting the Detroit Red Wings Foundation. The event helps the Detroit Red Wings Foundation contribute significant funds toward the growth of the sport of hockey. Details for the 2018 tournament will be announced soon.
Last season, Tim Hortons donated over $82,000 to the Detroit Red Wings Foundation to support the growth of hockey in Metro Detroit from sales generated throughout Michigan with their signature "I Love the Red Wings" donut.

In 2016, the Detroit Red Wings Foundation committed more than $100,000 to the School Assembly Program to introduce the sport of hockey and continue to educate students on the importance of exercise, healthy eating and anti-bullying. The Detroit Red Wings Foundation provides each school visited by the School Assembly Program with two sets of Red Wing branded floor hockey equipment, USA Hockey floor hockey guide books and information on proper techniques, drills and activities for kids to better learn the game of hockey and develop a passion for the sport. This program is a great way to energize your students, help them understand the importance of healthy living and learn more about the great sport of hockey through a partnership with the No. 1 franchise in the NHL.
