Prospect Update: Gropp Extends Point Streak to 12

Ryan Gropp extended his point streak to 12 games Saturday night with two goals and an assist in Seattle's 8-5 win over Portland in the Western Hockey League.
That performance followed a goal and an assist for Gropp Friday night in Seattle's 6-2 win over Tri-City. The 2015 second round selection has four multi-point games in a row totaling 12 points during that span, and has goals in six straight, totaling nine during that streak. The 20-year-old has 12 goals and 14 assists for 26 points during his 12-game streak. Gropp has 22 goals and 33 assists for 55 points in 49 games, which leads the team.

Defenseman Sergey Zborovskiy picked up an assist and was a plus-2 Friday night in Regina's 5-2 win over Edmonton.
Adam Tambellini scored his first professional hat trick Friday night in Hartford's 3-2 win over Springfield.
Tambellini, drafted in the third round in 2013, has 11 goals and 17 assists for 28 points in 48 games in his second season with the Wolf Pack. His 28 points are tied for second on the team.
Goaltender Brandon Halverson made 32 saves for the win, while Nicklas Jensen had an assist.
Jensen would score his team-leading 21st of the season Saturday in a 4-2 Hartford loss to Hershey. John Gilmour and Robin Kovacs had assists while Halverson allowed three goals on 21 shots. He is 7-9 in his first season of professional hockey.
Goaltender Tyler Wallmade 21 saves in No. 10 UMass Lowell's 3-2 win over No. 3 ranked Boston University Friday night, and followed it up with a 16-save performance in a 4-2 win over Masssachusetts Saturday. The freshman, taken in last year's sixth round, is 18-8-1 with a 2.20 GAA and a .914 SV% with one shutout with the River Hawks this year.
Mackenzie Skapski made 37 saves in Greenville's 5-2 win over Orlando in the ECHL. Skapski improved to 11-9-0-0 this season with a 3.11 GAA and a .905 SV% with one shutout.
