What benefits are included with a Black and Gold Premier membership?

Season ticket holders receive unbeatable benefits all year long. With a full or half season membership, enjoy access to an interest-free payment plan, ticket trade program, exclusive event invitations and more! To review all benefits included with your package, please click here.

How do I access my Penguins season tickets?

Season ticket holders can manage tickets through My Penguins Account or the Penguins app. In addition to viewing the barcode for game day scanning, you can transfer tickets to friends and family, resell through TM+ and donate to Tickets for Kids Charities. Note, these functions can also be accessed via the Penguins app. For a mobile ticketing tutorial, please click here.

To trade tickets, you must use the desktop or mobile version of My Penguins Account. Select your preferred game, and select the ‘more’ menu.

What is the Black and Gold Premier Marketplace?

The Marketplace is an exclusive opportunity for Black and Gold Premier members to secure items from each season’s theme and community nights. The 2025.26 lineup includes hockey shirts, quarter zips, hats, and more.

I am a long-time season ticket holder, but I never win anything. How do I get selected for Black and Gold Premier contests and promotions?

Selection for Black and Gold Premier contests and promotions varies by event. A reservation or interest form may be required. For a current list of season ticket holder-only promotions, please click here. In addition, a limited number of opportunities are 'surprise and delight'. You may receive an unexpected call or email!

We strongly encourage you to add [email protected] to your email safe list. If you don’t see emails from us regularly, they may be in a marketing or promotions folder.

To change your email, log into www.ticketmaster.com and select ‘My Profile’.

Eligibility

I am a current Pittsburgh Penguins season ticket holder. How do I enroll in the Black and Gold Premier?

Full and half season ticket buyers are automatically enrolled in the Black and Gold Premier. No additional action is required! However, to RSVP for select events or to acknowledge your interest in a specific opportunity, a form submission may be required. These opportunities are often communicated by email. As a result, it is important we have your current email address on file! To confirm your email address and subscription preferences, please contact your Membership Service Representative or call 412.642.PENS.

I purchase a mini-plan each season. Am I a member of the Black and Gold Premier?

The Black and Gold Premier is exclusively for full and half season ticket holders. 12-Pack, Flex Plan, Mini-Plan, and Holiday Pack purchasers are not eligible. To upgrade your package, please call 412.642.PENS.

Is a membership required to dine in PPG Paints Arena’s premium clubs?

Yes. Both the Lexus Club and Casamigos Club are members-only.

  • Lexus Club access is included with a hockey ticket purchase in Suites, Loge, BetRivers Lounge, F.N.B. Club, Michelob ULTRA Club, Sections 116-119 Edge Seating, Glass Seats, or FedEx Level Tier 1 or 2. Simply show your ticket to enter. ‘Lexus Club’ or ‘Premium Club Access’ will appear on your ticket.
  • Casamigos Club access is included with a hockey ticket purchase in Section 109.

Season ticket holders can upgrade individual game tickets within their plan to either club through the Ticket Trade program, or purchase tickets in these areas using their Friends & Family discount. Both opportunities can be accessed via My Penguins Account.

Can Black and Gold Premier members purchase a Lexus Club membership?

Yes. A limited number of Lexus Club memberships are available each season for non-premium season ticket holder accounts.

  • 2025.26 initiation (one-time) fee: $600
  • 2025.26 full season membership: $600
  • 2025.26 half season membership: $400
How do I make a pregame Lexus Club reservation?

Members of the Lexus Club, or guests with premium seating that includes Lexus Club access, can make reservations online or by phone at 412.553.8528. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

How do I purchase a season-long parking pass?

While season-long parking passes are not available for purchase, reserved surface lot parking is included with four full season club seats. Need parking for a single game? You can grab passes for all PPG Paints Arena events through ParkWhiz.

As a Black and Gold Premier member, what discounts do I receive?
  • 15% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages at PPG Paints Arena events*
  • 15% discount at both PensGear locations (PPG Paints Arena and UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex) and pensgear.com. To access your online discount, you must log in with your primary email address. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.*
  • $500 discount on ice-level, executive suite and PPG Party Suite rentals (blackout dates may apply; contact your Penguins representative to learn more)
  • $250 discount on loge and VIP experiences (blackout dates may apply; contact your Penguins representative to learn more)
  • 15% discount on PPG Paints Arena’s Marquee Membership Club
  • Friends and family discount on additional Penguins ticket purchases. Log into My Penguins Account and select ‘STH Additionals’ from the top menu. To purchase platinum games or ADA seating, please contact your Membership Service Representative.
  • With our season ticket referral program, earn 5% account credit when a friend, family member, or coworker purchases a new full or half season package.

New half season members as of 2025.26 do not receive the food, beverage and merchandise discounts.

I don't see my food, beverage and merchandise discount in the Penguins app. When and where will it appear?

Your Black and Gold Premier discount card(s) should be visible in the Penguins Mobile Wallet located in the Game Day section of the Penguins app. For the initial login, please select 'Ticketmaster Login'. The card will appear under Active Payment Methods. If you do not see this card, please call your Membership Service Representative or the Pittsburgh Penguins Ticketing Department at 412.642.PENS for assistance. Note, all full and half season ticket holders as of the 2024.25 season are eligible for the 15% discount. New half season members as of 2025.26 do not receive this discount.

I share seats with a buddy. Can they use my discount?

Season ticket holders will receive 1 discount card per seat. Each digital card has the ability to be transferred once. This action cannot be undone.

Can I combine my merchandise discount with other coupons or offers?

The season ticket discount cannot be combined with any other coupons or special offers.

Auto Renew

What is Auto Renew and when can I expect information regarding the Auto Renew timeline?

With Auto Renew, no action is required to lock in your season ticket package and playoff package each season! Season ticket holders will be charged, and payments will continue to be processed until you opt-out. Information regarding Auto Renew, including an opt-out window, will be communicated each February.

Playoffs

What is the ‘Pay as We Play’ payment option for playoffs?

With Pay as We Play, your preferred method of payment on file will be charged following the final home game of each round (Rounds 1-3) of the playoffs based on the number of games played, your ticket package, and the pricing listed on your personalized renewal website. If payment declines at the end of any round, the tickets for the following round will be voided. If a fourth round is played, the Penguins reserve the right to take payment following the 2nd home game. Note, you can decline your playoff package during the annual Auto Renew opt-out window.

What games are included in my playoff package?

Season ticket holders receive the corresponding playoff package based on their current season seat location.

Full Season members receive all possible home playoff games:

  • Round 1: Home Games 1-4
  • Round 2: Home Games 1-4
  • Round 3: Home Games 1-4
  • Round 4: Home Games 1-4

Half Season Plan A will receive:

  • Round 1: Home Games 1 & 3
  • Round 2: Home Games 2 & 4
  • Round 3: Home Games 1 & 3
  • Round 4: Home Games 2 & 4

Half Season Plan B will receive:

  • Round 1: Home Games 2 & 4
  • Round 2: Home Games 1 & 3
  • Round 3: Home Games 2 & 4
  • Round 4: Home Games 1 & 3
If I choose not to Auto Renew during the opt-out window, am I still eligible for the current season’s playoff package?

Yes. Even if you choose not to renew your season tickets, you remain eligible to purchase your current season’s Stanley Cup® playoff package. Payment options may include:

50% Now, 50% Later

  • Pay a minimum of 50% of the total playoff package price.
  • The remaining balance will automatically be charged to the card on file if/when Round 3 becomes necessary.
  • Should credit remain following the final home playoff game, it will remain on the account for future ticket purchases. To request a refund, please contact your Membership Service Representative. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

25% Now, Pre-Round Installments (Rounds 1-3)

  • Pay a minimum of 25% of the total playoff package price.
  • Any unused credit from Round 1 will be applied to Round 2.
  • Pre-round payments will then be processed prior to Rounds 2, 3, and 4, if necessary.
  • Should credit remain following the final home playoff game, it will remain on the account for future ticket purchases. To request a refund, please contact your Membership Service Representative. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
As a season ticket holder, can I Auto Renew, but decline my playoff package?

Yes, each year during the annual opt-out window, season ticket holders have the ability to update their renewal preference. This includes the current season’s playoff package and the following year’s season ticket package. Information regarding Auto Renew, including an opt-out window, will be communicated each February.

I am a Lexus Club member. Will I have access to the Lexus Club during the playoffs?

Lexus Club members who purchase a membership during the regular season will have access to the Lexus Club during the playoffs if they opt in to the playoff package at no additional charge. Digital passes will be loaded prior to the first playoff game. Please note that the Pittsburgh Penguins reserve the right to close the Lexus Club at any time at the request of team management or the League.

My season ticket package includes parking. Will I receive a parking pass for each Penguins playoff game?

Parking is not included with any playoff ticket package. If your regular season package includes parking, you will receive an invoice for your corresponding playoff parking package. Full payment is required. Any remaining credit on your account following the playoffs may be applied toward your season ticket purchase.

If I have available credit on my account following the playoffs, what should I do?

If you have a credit on your Penguins ticketing account, the balance can be applied to any active invoice. Log into My Penguins Account to apply the credit. Refunds can also be requested to the original payment method. Please contact your Membership Service Representative if you would like to review this option. Note, accounts with outstanding balances are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Penguins Events at PPG Paints Arena

How can I learn about availability for suites and loges, or indiviual tickets to non-Penguins events at PPG Paints Arena?

A limited number of suites and loge are available for select non-Penguins events. Please contact your Penguins representative to discuss availability or to learn more about PPG Paints Arena’s Marquee Membership Club.

Individual tickets to non-Penguins events at PPG Paints Arena can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or in person at the DICK'S Sporting Goods Box Office located at PPG Paints Arena's Highmark Gate on event days. Please note, PPG Paints Arena is a cashless venue; a credit or debit card is required.
