To provide Black and Gold Premier members greater flexibility with their season ticket purchase, the Pittsburgh Penguins Ticketing Department is excited to offer Ticket Trade through My Penguins Account! With this benefit:
- Full season ticket holders can exchange up to ten (10) pre or regular season home games.
- Half season ticket holders can exchange up to four (4) pre or regular season home games.
- Preseason tickets cannot be exchanged for regular season home games.
- All ticket trade requests are subject to availability and must be completed at least 7 days prior to to the returned game date.
- The Pittsburgh Penguins reserve the right to disable the ticket trade program prior to the 7-day window based on the ticket return rate. Early trades are encouraged.
- Only season tickets to future games can be traded.
- Additional tickets purchased using the friends and family discount cannot be exchanged.
- Season ticket holders must select a future game at the time of their trade - credits will not be applied to an account.
- A credit will not be provided if a lower valued seat is selected during the ticket trade process.
- Tickets will be placed on My Penguins Account for online management.
- Season ticket holders that resold or forwarded 75% of their tickets during the 2024.25 season are not eligible for this program.
- Tickets can be traded for equal or lower tiered games.
- Blackout dates apply. Game tiers subject to change.
- To launch the ‘Exchange’ feature, please click ‘More’ located next to the ‘Sell’ button after selecting your game in My Penguins Account.
