Jalen Chatfield brought the Stanley Cup to the people, and then home to his people.

The Carolina Hurricanes forward celebrated his day with the Greatest Trophy in All of Sports by bringing it around North Carolina to take pictures with adoring Caniacs everywhere.

Chatfield later brought the trophy home to meet the family, which used it for its rightful purpose - as the world's greatest chalice.

Chatfield had eight points (one goal, seven assists) in 19 Stanley Cup Playoff games helping the Hurricanes to an impressive 16-3 postseason record.

The veteran forward and the Hurricanes will begin their title defense on Tuesday, September 29 against the Florida Panthers to officially drop the puck on the 2026-27 NHL season.
