Celebrini Smith Sharks Giants

Will Smith (hockey) is pretty good at baseball, too.

The San Jose Sharks forward visited the MLB’s San Francisco Giants on Friday to take some batting practice, and the walls at Oracle Park couldn’t contain his swing.

Smith’s teammate Macklin Celebrini also took some BP before the game and almost had a homer of his own.

The two teammates – who are planning to be roommates this upcoming season – even got a special introduction at the ballpark during the game.

Celebrini – who will become the youngest player to grace the cover of EA Sports’ NHL video game franchise in the latest edition – signed a five-year, $94 million contract extension with the Sharks in July.

Smith is also eligible to sign a contract extension this summer.
