Stars forward Sharp sidelined up to a week

Dallas Stars forward Patrick Sharp is expected to miss up to a week with a lower-body injury, according to the Stars website.
Sharp, 34, is fourth on the Stars with 17 goals and 47 points in 65 games this season. He has one goal in his past 24 games.

Defenseman Jordie Benn also has a lower-body injury expected to sideline him 1-2 weeks. Benn, 28, has one goal and nine points in 56 games.
The Stars host the New Jersey Devils on Friday at American Airlines Center (8:30 p.m. ET; MSG+, FS-SW, NHL.TV).
