Orlov and Hathaway, acquired in a trade with the Washington Capitals on Thursday, joined the Bruins in Vancouver on Friday and coach Jim Montgomery said it would be their decision whether to play; Boston did not hold a morning skate Saturday. ... Montgomery said there would be a rotation of left-side defensemen coming out of the lineup to rest for Orlov but didn't elaborate. ... Nosek, a center who has missed 12 games, practiced for a fourth straight day Friday and could return. ...
