Edmonton ended a six-game losing streak with a 4-2 win at the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday in the last of a three-game road trip. Edmonton is sixth in the Pacific Division, 19 points out of a playoff position.

Bruins center Patrice Bergeron has eight points (five goals, three assists) in his past six games. He's expected to be matched up against Oilers center Connor McDavid.
McDavid had a hat trick in the win at Colorado. He has 22 points (12 goals, 10 assists) in his past 15 games.

Status report

Khudobin will start the second half of a back-to-back after Rask played in Calgary. Miller is healthy according to Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy but will not play. He missed eight games with an upper-body injury … Nugent-Hopkins and Sekera took part in the morning skate but neither is healthy enough to play.
