COLUMBUS-- Nick Foligno scored a late power-play goal, and Sergei Bobrovsky made 37 saves to lift the Columbus Blue Jackets to their 13th straight win, 4-3 against the Boston Bruins at Nationwide Arena on Tuesday.
Columbus (24-5-4) has a 15-game point streak (14-0-1) since losing 2-0 to the Calgary Flames on Nov. 23.
"When you start getting caught up in all the stuff, that's when the game can fool you," Foligno said. "For us, it's enjoying it with our fans and trying to get the next one."

The Bruins tied it 3-3 in the second period when Krejci completed a rush with 1:34 remaining for his seventh goal.

Foligno scored the winner at 10:46 of the third, 26 seconds after Bruins defenseman Colin Miller was penalized for cross-checking William Karlsson. He took pass from Alex Wennberg at the side of the net and stuffed it past Rask on his second try for a 4-3 lead.
"Unfortunately a bad penalty at the wrong time of the game against the best power play in the League ended up costing us," Bruins coach Claude Julien said.
Boston got a power play with four minutes left and pulled Rask for an extra attacker with 1:45 to play.
Hartnell gave the Blue Jackets a 1-0 lead at 3:02 of the first period on his ninth goal. Jones' sixth at 8:47 made it 2-0, and Calvert scored his fifth goal to put Columbus up 3-0 at 9:39.
Backes cut the Blue Jackets lead to 3-1 at 11:05 with his ninth goal, and Czarnik got his fifth off a rebound at 12:00 to make it 3-2.

Goal of the game

Foligno has made a habit of setting up below the goal line during the power play, and he started from there on the winning goal when he found space at the side of the net to score on the rebound.

Save of the game

Bobrovsky stopped a shot by Zdeno Chara from the right circle with less than a minute to play and Boston with an extra attacker.

Unsung performance of the game

Columbus had to kill two penalties in the third period. The latter started with 3:59 to play. Defensemen Jack Johnson and David Savard, who were on the ice for the first 1:05 of the shorthanded situation, helped the Blue Jackets hold the Bruins without a shot.

Highlight of the game

The Blue Jackets took a 2-0 lead on a goal in the first when Hartnell from below the goal line fed Jones in stride at the right dot for a one-timer that Rask had no chance to stop.

They said it

"I lit a match to the tape already. It's done. It's burnt. Seriously, you don't even look at it." -- Blue Jackets coach John Tortorella on his opinion of the game
"We played great after those first 10 minutes. For my part it's frustrating I couldn't make the last save even though there's nothing I could have done differently. It's my job to give us a chance to win and that wasn't the case today." -- Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask
"I knew we didn't have much going on the power play. We were moving it around a lot, just not penetrating their net too much. I got a chance. I just wanted to stuff it and create some havoc in front and got another lucky bounce. His leg came off the post and I was able to stuff it in. -- Blue Jackets captain Nick Foligno on his winning goal
