CHLA-Visit

Yesterday, every LA Kings player participated in the team's annual visit to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The afternoon included inpatient room visits followed by outpatient games, autographs and photos.
Kings players, Bailey and the Ice Crew took the opportunity to meet with young fans throughout the visit in an effort to bring smiles and a fun break from their treatments.

"We look forward to visiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles each year," said Jennifer Pope, VP of Community Relations and Kings Care Foundation. "It's amazing to see what a difference these interactions with our players, Bailey and the Ice Crew can make in a child's day and their recovery. Everyone is happy to lend their time to this important event."

After completing the team's first $500,000 donation the CHLA's Blood Donor Center, the Kings pledged an additional $1 million over five years and are currently working with CHLA to
conduct blood drives outside of STAPLES Center
prior to all of the team's home games in January in celebration of National Blood Donor Month.
You can help make a difference in someone's life and make an appointment to donate blood before one of the upcoming Kings' games this month. Plus, you'll be entered to win tickets to a Kings game in February.
