AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain will re-air the broadcast of the Vegas Golden Knights' win against the Tampa Bay Lightning from Feb. 20, 2020 at 7 p.m. PT tonight.

Alec Martinez was one of three VGK skaters with two points as the Vegas Golden Knights halted an 11-game win streak for the Tampa Bay Lightning in a 5-3 victory on Thursday night at T-Mobile Arena.

After seven scoreless minutes, Kevin Shattenkirk found the back of the net to give the Lightning a 1-0 lead. Late in the period, Martinez connected on his first goal as a Golden Knight to knot the score at 1-1 heading into the break. Paul Stastny gave Vegas its first lead of the night at 6:45 of the middle frame, but a power-play goal from Steven Stamkos brought the Lightning back to even at 2-2. One minute later, Martinez & Max Pacioretty linked up to spring Mark Stone on a breakaway & he buried a backhand shot for the go-ahead goal. Vegas had a perfect opening minute in the third period as Ryan Reaves & Pacioretty each scored before the clock hit 19:00 to give the Golden Knights a 5-2 lead. Stamkos scored again late in the game but Vegas held on to claim the 5-3 triumph.

The win was the fourth in a row for the Golden Knights and Vegas improved to a 32-22-8 record.
