KEYS TO THE GAME
Scoring first:Vegas got themselves into a rut last game by allowing early goals. If they can get on the scoresheet early, it will help build a cushion, so they aren't playing catch up like Thursday's game against Calgary.
Power play: The Golden Knights notched a much-needed power-play goal last time out. The Stars' penalty kill is ranked third in the league, so Vegas will have to come out strong on the man advantage.
