Today, the Philadelphia Flyers and the New Wells Fargo Center announced Union Forge Vodka as an Official Vodka Partner for both the team and arena. Union Forge Vodka, which is part of the Philadelphia-based distillery Charles Jacquin et Cie Inc., signed a multi-year deal which includes prominent brand placement in and around Wells Fargo Center and the opportunity to collaborate on the development of specialty cocktails throughout the arena.

Charles Jacquin et Cie Inc. is the oldest continually operating distillery in the state of Pennsylvania and launched the handcrafted vodka brand earlier this year in April.

"Every single aspect of the fan experience at the New Wells Fargo Center has been designed to be world-class with a Philly twist, and Union Forge Vodka fits both of those criteria," said Dan Wise, Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the Philadelphia Flyers and Wells Fargo Center. "As a local distillery with strong roots in the city, Union Forge Vodka was a perfect fit for both the Flyers and the New Wells Fargo Center, and we can't wait to showcase their product to our fans."

In addition to having significant brand presence at the New Wells Fargo Center during all Flyers home games, Union Forge will also have exclusive vodka marketing rights at the Comcast Spectacor-owned wintertime event, Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular in Oaks, PA. The brand will sponsor the Tinsel Lodge, the main food and beverage location, and also have the opportunity to collaborate on the development of specialty cocktails for the event's month-long run.

"Given our company's deep roots in Philly and PA, I can't think of a better showcase than the Wells Fargo Center from which to launch our new Pennsylvania made vodka, The Union Forge" commented John Cooper, third-generation owner of Charles Jacquin et Cie., Inc. "As Pennsylvania's Vodka, we are proud to partner with one of our iconic PA sports teams, the Philadelphia Flyers, and look forward to building things here on Broad Street and beyond."

Charles Jacquin et Cie Inc., the family-owned distillery, which dates back to 1884, is looking to grow its production and its brand awareness for the new vodka product. Union Forge Vodka is crafted with Pennsylvania Rye from McKean County and pure spring water.
