EDMONTON — Tristan Jarry made 24 saves, helping the Oilers score a 4-0 victory over the Flames Wednesday at Rogers Place.

Calgary lost for the first time in five games, but were also forced to play two-thirds of the contest without the services of goaltender Devin Cooley and forward Brennan Othmann, who left the game with lower and upper-body injuries, respectively.

The Turning Point:

With 11 seconds left in the opening period, Oilers forward Colton Dach drove hard to the net with the puck, bowling over Devin Cooley and earning a two-minute minor for goaltender interference.

Cooley finished the period, making one more stop off Connor McDavid at the buzzer, but did not return for period two, handing the crease instead to Dustin Wolf, who made 20 saves.

But the loss of Cooley, and forward Brennan Othmann who exited the contest after the first frame, proved enough of a disruption for Calgary. The netminder, who suffered a lower-body ailment, had surrendered two or fewer goals in all four chapters of the Flames' four-game winning streak, posting a .955 save percentage along the way.

Ice Chips:

Adam Klapka led the Flames with seven hits ... Ryan Strome had a team-high four shots on goal ... Jonathan Castagna won eight of his 11 face-off attempts.
