#CBJ Social Roundup: September 25

We celebrated Bob's and Wenny's birthdays

by Jimmy Longo /

Training camp is into its second week, we celebrated Sergei Bobrovsky and Alexander Wennberg's birthdays, and boy oh boy, Bob is looking forward to the season.

Also, local Nick Foligno fan club "Folingo's Flock" raised nearly $3,000 dollars for the Janis Foligno Foundation.

Bob celebrated his 29th birthday on September 20. Next year will also be his 29th birthday. Bob is never going to get older than 29. That's a thing right?

Zach Werenski wished his good friend Bob happy birthday and thanked him for bailing him out, though we think Zach does a fine job himself.

Happy birthday to the guy that bails me out every single night! @sergeibobrovsky #Bob

After his birthday was over, it was back to all business. Bob is letting the league know he's got visions of last season on his mind (reminder to the rest of the league, he won this thing called the Vezina last year, you may have heard of it.)

We also celebrated Wenny's birthday. We're happy he's back in the United States and on our team. He's probably not happy he's had to make up for missing Torts' skating sessions. It's okay though, he had cake.

Finally, last week Foligno's Flock - a local fan club of captain Nick Foligno - held "Flock's Fest" and was able to raise nearly $3,000 in support of the Janis Foligno Foundation.
