The Colorado Avalanche will return to action tonight against the Anaheim Ducks after having three days between games.
Head coach Jared Bednar confirmed that goaltender Semyon Varlamov will be between the pipes for the Avalanche after the team's optional morning skate. Bednar also said that the rest of the lineup will be the same as it was in Colorado's last game against the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday.

Friday's contest between the Avs and Ducks marks the third and final time the clubs will play this season after the team's split the first two matchups, both of which took place in Anaheim.
Below is the Avalanche's projected lineup based on the forward combinations and defensive pairings from its game versus the Hurricanes on Monday. They are subject to change.
