Last night's Match For Africa 5 at SAP Center was the place to be if you're a tennis fan in the Bay Area. Featuring Roger Federer, Jack Sock, Bill Gates, and Savannah Guthrie, it was a star-studded event that saw Federer play in the Bay Area for the first time in his career.
With no games until Thursday, it was no surprise that some of the San Jose Sharks decided to take in the charity match.
Joe Thornton, Timo Meier, and Tomas Hertl, among other members of the team, were in attendance for both the doubles and singles charity matches. And they even got to meet the GOAT himself.
Instagram from @tmeier96: What an honour to meet @rogerfederer today and watch him play for a great cause #rf #goat
