Rangers prospect Sergey Zborovskiy had a career night for the Regina Pats on Saturday, as the defenseman registered two goals and five assists for seven points, to go along with a plus-8 rating in a 12-2 win over Prince Albert.
The 2015 third-round pick has points in four of his last five and five of his last seven, and has five goals and 18 assists for 23 points in 21 games overall. His plus-37 rating is tops in the Western Hockey League.

Back on Friday night, forward Ryan Gropp notched a pair of assists for Seattle in its 4-3 overtime win over Kootenay. He followed it up with a two-goal performance Saturday against Medicine Hat.
The 2015 second-round selection has three straight multi-point games and a six-game point streak overall, with eight points over that span. He also has five goals in his last five games. Overall, the 20-year-old has eight goals and 12 assists for 20 points in 21 games.
The Hartford Wolf Pack topped the Toronto Marlies, 3-2, in Toronto on Saturday night for their first two-game winning streak of the season.
Marek Hrivik had a shorthanded goal and added an assist, while Cristoval 'Boo' Nieves scored the game-winning goal in the third period. John Gilmour and Nicklas Jensen added assists and Magnus Hellberg made 27 saves in the win for his sixth victory of the season.

Igor-Shesterkin

In the Kontinental Hockey League, goaltender Igor Shesterkin made 33 saves in a 2-1 SKA win over Amur on Saturday. Shesterkin, the Rangers' 2014 fourth-round pick, has now won three games in a row and is 21-2-3 with a .942 SV% and a 1.55 GAA with eight shutouts in 28 games this year.
The Rangers' two goaltending prospects in the NCAA met for a two-game series this weekend, with Adam Huska's UConn Huskies getting the better of Tyler Wall's UMass-Lowell River Hawks.
Huska, the Rangers' 2015 seventh-round selection, made 31 saves Friday night in UConn's 3-2 win. Wall allowed three goals on 21 shots in the loss.
Huska followed that performance up with 34 saves on Saturday night in a 2-2 tie with the River Hawks. Wall did not play in that game.
Huska is 3-3-3 in his freshman year with the Huskies with a 2.71 GAA and a .923 SV% with one shutout.
Wall, the Rangers' sixth-round pick in last year's draft, is 8-3-1 in his first season with UMass-Lowell. He has a 2.16 GAA and a .917 SV% with one shutout.
Lastly, the Greenville Swamp Rabbits were topped, 3-1, by South Carolina Saturday evening. Goaltender Mackenzie Skapski made 29 saves in the losing effort.
