Henrik Lundqvist said he's been dealing with a nagging knee injury since early in the season.
It's the same knee he injured in last year's World Championships, though he admitted it hasn't hindered his performance on the ice, but has rather just been something that's crept into his mind throughout the year.
"It's something I've had to deal with but it's not effecting my play, but it's something that when every day you have to look after it, it's not ideal," he said at the team's final media availability of the season. "It's part of playing in this league. You play every day. You just have to make sure you do whatever is necessary to be ready to play. Now, I see an opportunity to get the right treatments and feel 100 percent."
